Roskilde declaration
The LEAF international coordinators met In Roskilde 9.-11. December to discuss future activities and possibilities in sustainable education about forests. In connection to the COP 15 they made the "Roskilde declaration" to tell what LEAF want to do to achieve results in the climate change debate.

COP 15 with Wangari Maathai and LEAF
Nobel peace prize winner and Patron of the Billion Tree Campaign, Professor Wangari Maathai, the Danish Ministef of Environment, Troels Lund Poulsen, UNEP's Director of Communications, Satinder Bindra and FEE EXB member Tegryn Jones at the stage after presenting the results from the LEAF/Panasonic campaign to our guests. LEAF and the Danish project gave a spade as a present to UNEP as a symbol of our support!

Great activity in school forest plantings!
The planting campaign has already reacht 290 000 trees! This is more then our target for all the year. The goal was to reach 256 00 trees this year in the Panasonic supported campaign.
